 With a background in Education and Mental Health, Sarai is experienced in teaching yoga to both adults and children.

Sarai enjoys delivering a range of styles including Ashtanga, Slow Flow, Restorative and Hatha yoga. Her classes focus on physical alignment and strength building, alongside providing tools to release bodily tension and calm the mind. Sarai aims to keep her teaching firmly grounded in Yoga’s philosophical roots, whilst also bringing a playful approach to the practice.

Sarai’s Kids yoga classes incorporate all of the above, in a fun and accessible format.
