200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
A 200 hour yoga teacher training that will equip you to confidently create your own yoga sequences and realise your own unique strengths as a teacher.
‘Vinyasa’ is the Sanskrit word meaning composition or ‘putting together’. You will learn to create movement sequences which synchronise body and breath to allow energy to flow.
This course will give you the tools required to create imaginative and intelligent yoga sequences fully supported with a good practical knowledge of the biomechanics of movement.
Lead Teacher Sylvia Garcia brings her knowledge of dance and acrobatics as well as her knowledge of different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Rocket and Dharma to create a style of Vinyasa which is challenging and fun, and teaches students on the course to create accessible, progressive sequences to challenge body and mind.
