Description

This class combines Yoga, Pilates and Meditation in 1 holistic practice. It focusses on mindful equanimity, breathing, core, alignment and posture in a way that may be applied not just to a series of exercises and stretches, but also to daily life for sustainable healthy change in body and mind.


Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations (cancellations less than 5 hours before the start of the class) and no shows will be charged at the price of the class and at £10 for Unlimited Pass holders. To cancel a group yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes and workshops are non refundable.  Yoga workshop cancellations more than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are transferable for up to 1 month. Yoga workshop cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are charged at the price of the workshop. Private and corporate yoga classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
