Meditation Circle with Jay & Emilie "Healthy mind & body" Sunday 19th May | 16:00 - 18:00 You're invited to join a Spring mindfulness-based meditation afternoon including an introduction to Vipassana meditation and other meditation techniques. Experience the transformative effects of meditating in a group. Come away with tools that you can use to improve concentration, memory, sleep, compassion and unhealthy habit patterns of the mind, while reducing stress, blood pressure, anxiety and pain. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and share reflections. Open to beginners to meditation & experienced practitioners. Jay Leaf, a certified Yoga, Meditation and Pilates teacher, spent most of the last 20 years teaching and volunteering in meditation centres all over the world. He brought the techniques back here to London where he opened a Yoga, Pilates and Vipassana meditation centre with his wife Emilie.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a group yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial or Drop in class price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. All classes, workshops, events, retreats and courses are non transferable and non refundable. All workshops, events, corporate classes, retreats and courses may not be rescheduled. Private classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
