Yoga with Ropes Workshop on 11/12
- Burgh Street
This is a monthly workshop which explores different postures in the ropes each month - standing, sitting, inversions, twists and backbends. Yoga Kurunta, as it is sometimes known, was developed by B.K.S.Iyengar for strength, mobility and relaxation. Here, we use the ropes to make postures more accessible, to focus on specific aspects of the postures as well as to explore and have fun! All levels are most welcome. "Jay introduced the most creative and playful way i have ever seen for using ropes in yoga. Absolutely loved it and can't wait for the next one!!" Chen
