Exploring Awareness through Poses, Breathing, Concentration & Yoga Nidra Sunday 18th June | 16:00 - 18:00 This is a 2 hours Yoga Nidra workshop This workshop uses techniques rooted in Tantra to approach our deeper nature; to use mind and body as tools in order to transcend them. Yoga postures breathing prepare for the progressively more introspective stillness practices of dharana (concentration) and yoga nidra (yogic “sleep”). Through these practices, one can more readily access various levels of awareness, witness and explore them, and get a glimpse of our essential nature of pure consciousness. Open to all levels and experience. Leela Miller has been teaching yoga since 1986. While Sivananda is her spiritual lineage, she has managed her many physical challenges through ongoing study of Iyengar yoga since 1994. In 2009, Leela began to study and then qualify in Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy. This helped her tap into dynamic stillness. This in turn led her to yoga nidra and restorative yoga where these subtle principles naturally express themselves.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel a group yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial or Drop in class price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes and workshops are non refundable.  Yoga workshop cancellations more than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are transferable for up to 1 month. Yoga workshop cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are charged at the price of the workshop. Private and corporate yoga classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
