Yoga for Beginners: a 4 Week Course
Description
Four consecutive Fridays, starting 17th January, 5:30pm - 6:30pm £70 for the 4-week course This beginners’ course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe space. It is perfect for beginners and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga. We limit the number of participants to maximum 10, so that you receive plenty of attention and feel comfortabe to ask questions. The practice builds week-by-week, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas), healthy alignment and breath techniques (pranayama). You'll also learn simple meditation and relaxation techniques. You will receive personal attention and work at a pace that means you learn slowly and thoroughly, step by step. Please be sure to let your teacher know before class if you have any form of injury or serious illness, or if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby. You should wear comfortable but close-fitting clothes that don't restrict your movement; shorts or leggings and a vest or T-shirt are ideal. You'll do all your classes in bare feet. Avoid eating for 2 hours prior to the class. We look forward to welcoming you!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a group class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial, Drop in or 1 class pack price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes, workshops, events, retreats and courses are non transferable and non refundable. All workshops, events, corporate classes, retreats and courses may not be rescheduled. Private classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
