Ropes Yoga Workshop with Jay on 19/01
Description
Ropes Yoga Workshop with Jay Sunday 19th January | 15:45 - 17:45 Wall, ceiling and handheld ropes enable us to use gravity and traction in different ways to enhance access to a whole range of actions in standing, backbends and inverted asanas. Kurunta is the Indian name for a wooden puppet manipulated by strings. Using the support of the ropes, more difficult asanas can be practiced with more ease and safety, allowing you to adjust your body in poses more effectively. People recovering from injuries or feeling stiff can also benefit from using the wall ropes. All levels are most welcome. "Jay introduced the most creative and playful way I have ever seen for using ropes in yoga. Absolutely loved it and can't wait for the next one!!" Chen Jay spent 20 years seeking out the most respected teachers all over the world. He became a certified teacher in the USA in 2015 and then did further trainings in France, India and the UK. Eventually, he decided to come back to his home town to create The Yoga Studio London and The Vipassana Centre with his French wife Emilie. Jay is an experienced, knowledgeable and clear teacher.
