Iyengar yoga’s aim is to develop mindful attention and integration between the body and the mind. It focuses on the detailed alignment of the body through the practice of a wide variety of asanas. The teaching is methodical and progressive. When necessary, it uses yoga props such as blocks, belts, blankets etc that allow students to progress at their own pace, to suit their body. Classes are taught by Aubrey Maasdorp, an highly experienced Iyengar yoga teacher who adapts his classes for all levels.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 12 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial or Drop in class price, or £5 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Classes are not refundable.
