A SEQUENCE FOR EMOTIONAL STABILITY BKS Iyengar wrote a wonderful book called ‘Light on Life’ and at the end of the book there is an illustrated sequence of asanas for emotional stability. It is a deeply restorative sequence that balances the emotions and leaves you feeling calm, grounded, refreshed and rejuvenated. Karen has used this sequence and adaptations of it for as long as she can remember. It has been invaluable during times of transition in her life, for periods when she was feeling tired or mentally exhausted, it just brings her back to the best version of herself. It is a great sequence to practice together as one year comes to a close and another is about to begin. Because the postures are held for longer periods of time it is essential that you have at least 18 MONTHS of IYENGAR EXPERIENCE.
To cancel a group yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 4 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial or Drop in class price and £8 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes and workshops are non refundable. Yoga workshop cancellations more than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are transferable for up to 1 month. Yoga workshop cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are charged at the price of the workshop. Private and corporate yoga classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
