Sunday 28th May | 16:30 - 19:00 Alaric has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1983 and teaching Iyengar yoga since 1991. He is certificated by the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) as a Senior Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher. He has been taught directly by Guruji, Geetaji and Prashantaji and received his Senior Intermediate III certification under the old qualification system in 2006. Alaric has a dynamic and flowing teaching style which is focused and insightful. His experience enables him to give precise individual adjustments and maintain concentrated group focus. He challenges inertia and ignorance with sharpness, compassion and humour.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel a group yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial or Drop in class price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes and workshops are non refundable.  Yoga workshop cancellations more than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are transferable for up to 1 month. Yoga workshop cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are charged at the price of the workshop. Private and corporate yoga classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
