Friday 13th October | 19:30 - 21:00 EMBODYING YOU Join Bronagh for a night of embodiment & ritual. In this session we will focus on the relationship of stillness and movement through yoga postures, intuitive flow as well as meditation, to meet your true essence. Reunite the energies of Shiva & Shakti to meet an embodied you, in an authentic way. This night of ritual will be candlelit & inspired by Tantric teachings. Everyone is most welcome

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a group yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial or Drop in class price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes and workshops are non refundable. Yoga workshop cancellations more than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are transferable for up to 1 month. Yoga workshop cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are charged at the price of the workshop. Private and corporate yoga classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
