Description

A 45 minute blend of yoga and weight training designed to tone your muscles, improve your balance and core strength and work your entire body in one continuous flow. You will move with precision and purpose through sequences created to target specific muscle groups. These classes are a great way to support your regular practice or supplement your workout routine with. You will be moving through some familiar movements, but using light ankle weights and added resistance. So expect to work hard and build up a sweat!


Cancellation Policy

To cancel a group class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class otherwise the class will be charged at the Trial, Drop in or 1 class pack price and £10 for Unlimited Classes Pass holders. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes, workshops, events, retreats and courses are non transferable and non refundable. All workshops, events, corporate classes, retreats and courses may not be rescheduled. Private classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
