Joanna has been practising yoga for over 20 years. Inspired by the precision, detailed approach and understanding of each posture, she decided to deepen her knowledge and commence her teacher training.
Alongside her role in a busy NHS psychology service, she finds her practice greatly compliments her work, aiding the body/ mind connection. She believes that Yoga affords the space to undo the physical and mental knots that everyday life can create and wants to share the endless benefits and knowledge with her students.
