Description

Pilates focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. It is the perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation. We offer mat classes with well trained teachers certified by the contemporary and anatomically-based Stott Pilates approach. NB: This class is not suitable for pregnant women

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations (cancellations less than 5 hours before the start of the class) and no shows will be charged at the price of the class and at £10 for Unlimited Pass holders. To cancel a group yoga class, please do so from your "my bookings" page at least 5 hours before your class starts in order to be able to book another class. Please kindly note that if you are the only person signed in your class may be cancelled. All classes and workshops are non refundable.  Yoga workshop cancellations more than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are transferable for up to 1 month. Yoga workshop cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of the workshop are charged at the price of the workshop. Private and corporate yoga classes may be cancelled and rescheduled up until 24 hours before the start of the class, after that they are charged at the price of the class.
