Alisha is a doctor and yoga teacher, trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. She is passionate about wellbeing and discovering yoga was fundamental to build her own fitness, flexibility, and strength.


She believes health begins from the inside and wants to share her practice to help others in their journey towards a healthier life. She applies anatomy to create precision in asana and explain the benefits of asana in her dynamic and uplifting classes.
